My complaint is that i had booked a online tickect from my credit card, which i have cancelled it and the money has been refunded in the month of november. But the statement which was issued on december, you have not refunded it. And added the money twice. The statement which i got last month also you have taken deducted from my account and instead of refunding back you sent me a statement of paying it again as a new balance?
