Lost card n applied new card as on 24/2 till not rec the card

Dear sir

I have block the card as my card was not accepted in the atm & i have applied a new card on 24/02 and my complaint nos was 2012022411837702. But still i have not rec the card. I have lost the card toll free nos also kindly tell us what to do plz
