INCORRECT ISSUE OF PAN CARD

Dear sir,

PAN Number: AAAFM2717J was issued by you in response to our application for PAN and accordingly PAN card was sent to us. Since then regular return and taxes have been paid by us. For the first time while processing of I.T.Return for A/Y 10 was taken up, it was pointed out that it belongs to MIN CHEM INDIA, MUMBAI. There after one latter was given to I.T.O. Gonda in this regard as also to Dy. Commissioner (System) Lucknow.

On 18/02 Mr. Vineet Kumar of Dy. Commissioner (System) Lucknow contacted your employee. After going through the Database it was noticed that the above PAN is not ours, actually PAN allotted to us is AAKFM1673R the above PAN card was wrongly punched in our name and sent to us. It was also advised to us to make complaint of above facts with you and in response to complaint new and correct PAN card will be sent at the earliest by UTIISL.

It is therefore requested that kindly do the needful and sent us the new PAN Card at the earliest.
