Cancellation of Policy with Free Look Period

Cancellation policy

This is in regards to policy no #3382202109 on the name of Yogesh Gugale

This policy was taken in June but i got policy cert on 11th Aug which was a misselling.

I requested for the cancellation of this within the freelook period which was denied due to OUTSIDE FREE LOOK PERIOD. I again given proofs of cancellation for so many days and have given call to customer care many times and everytime a callback is promised. But still no contact from their side. I hope somebody can take care of this

Branch Head Mr. Sukhjjet Bhatty behaved very rudely with me.

Help me to get refund.
