MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE
Delay in repayment of closed policy

My MAX new york policy #435779863 was closed on Aug 5th.(today is sept 20th)

i was promised that the total amount would be credited to my ICICI bank account in 15 days.

I have closed the policy since i need the money urgently for personal use.

I have made multiple calls and mails to know the status and no one seems to care much about it @ Max NewYork.
