Undue delay in getting policy surrender amount

Respected Sir/Madam,

My Maxnewyork lifeinsurance policy No.446000036.I have surrendered the Policy on 24/12 at the Guindy, Sardar Patel Branch, chennai. I have been asked to fill up the requisition form for crediting the amount to my bank account. I was told that the amount will be credited to my account within 29 days. But Till date I didn't receive the money. I enquired through phone & I personally went & enquired thrice. But i am repeatedly getting the reply that they are delebrately trying to return the money. I met Mr.k. Padmanabhan Assistant Manager-Policy owner Service on 22nd January. He assured that the amount will be credited before 26th January. But till date there is no progress. I am in need of money. So I surrendered my policy. Today, 09/02, I received information from the head office over Phone that due to technical problem amount has not yet been transferred to my account. Hence, I request you to kindly help in the matter.
