Withdrawl of the policy amount

Dear Sir,

I am having policy number 236441531 of Max Newyork Life Insurance Policy. I bought policy in 2004 and paid the premium till 2006. Because of some reasons I was not able to continue the premium after that. Now I want to withdraw the amount. Kindly advise what to do? My. mobile No. is 09661479599.
