Max New York Life Insurance/Whole Life Participating
Policy surrendered without my fault

Hi

I am holding two Max New York Life Insurance Policy

#226659258 - Per year premium Rs. 2175

# 273449207 - Per year premium Rs. 3444

I paid the payement of both the policies using my Credit Card at Prabhadevi, Dadar branch on 6th October. I also got the receipt for the same.

This year, I could not visit branch office and tried to pay online. And I came to know my last payment (2175 3444 = 5619) deposited againist only one Policy #226659258 and my another policy 273449207 was in “Policy Surrendered” status. I called up customer care on 9th Jan ‘2010 and executive open ticket# 1697117 for the same and committed to resolve within 3 days. Later they ask me to pay Rs. 5022.06 extra. Policy has been lapse because of company mistake. I paid all the premium on time.

Company close the ticket without resolving the problem, I requested again to open the ticket but again they closed it, and this is happeneing now continously.
