Ank account clossing

Dear Sir

I have current account in bank of baroda station road branch jaipur. now i want to close this account, but they are not closing this account . they are requier old cancle cheaque . but we have been already destroy all cancle chaques. all this we have given in writing. but they are not accepting . now i am unable to close this account . kindly request you pls suggest me what i do
