I booked a meru cab on 28th Sept'11 from NOIDA to Old Delhi Railway Station. Firstly, i tried to make payment of amount INR 516/- through my HDFC credit card but due to some technical failure, it showed transaction as unsuccessful. So i had to pay INR 516/- in cash to the driver.
Later on, when I checked my HDFC bank statement, it showed that the online transaction of INR 516/- was successful.
I have called Meru team several times and its been around 45 days, i havent got any response from their end about the status of my refund. I feel cheated of my money.
Please register a complaint against Meru Cabs.
