Non adjustment of recharge

Sir, I have recharge for Rs 60/- through my internet bank of ICICI. I have debited Rs 60/- but at the same time I have got message in my mobile that (from 555555) the said amount could not be processed. Now how can i get the amount Rs 60/-. Mobile no is 918011091583.
