Hi.

I am Prabir Banerjee of Jalpaiguri having a Metlife policy no. 00719613, plan: Met Advantage Plus. According to my advisor Mr Dipal Saha of Axis Bank of Jalpaiguri branch I have to pay three annual premium and will get back money after payment of three annual premium. So I have already paid three annual premiun. Current year is fourth year; which I have not to pay any premium. But today I receive a letter from your Metlife office requesting to pay premium. Now what I have to do?

I have already submitted my original policy paper for redemption to my Axis Bank at about 10 days back, but unfortunately no replay not yet received.

I am unable to connect to my nearest office to the following ph. nos.03536600501/03/04.
