Sub: Policy No. 2044742 Date of Issue : 30.10.2010

I Manisha Mahadeo Pendurkar hereby likes to complain against your Jeevan Surakha Insurance Broking Code No. 60046251 one of Telecaller Mr. Sachin explain Met Suvidha Plus policy to me. He explained me policy benefits are follows.

1. Need to invest Rs 20000/-pa and Garanteed with a return of Rs 241488/- after Five Years

2. After the Two years we will receive the pension of Rs - pm upto 10 years

3. If I purchase policy before 31.10.2010 they offer me 3% Bonus and 1 Gold Coin after 45 days.

4. Death Insurance upto 300000/- Lacs.

I was impressed with the policy and I purchased the policy no 2044742 one time payment not possible for me so I take quarterly basis, I feel individual information form by own hand and waiting for documents saturday on 13th November. I received soft copy of the policy at my mail id [email protected]

The details which were give to the agent were completed changed which are as follows

1) My father has expired in the year 1979 according to the policy he is the nominee

2) My mother expired in the year of 2007 that year she was 72 years old and in the policy she is 56 years.

Even thought Mr. Aditya from Jeevan Surakha Insurance Broking provide me information against my old policy that if I surrender my old policy after January MetLife India Insurance Co.ltd guaranteed return me approximate Rs. 56000 – 60000/- both Mr. Aditya and Mr. Sachin are assured me the same amount against my old policy.

The total information provided by Jeevan Surakha Insurance Broking and I think they are cheating all customer with the fake information.

May I request you to please take immediate action against Jeevan Surakha Insurance Broking and there telecaller who given wrong impression of Metlife India Insurance Co. Ltd.

Therefor would like to withdraw the new policy no. 2044742 and wanted the refund of the amount paid or else provide me another profitable policy against this policy.
