ABN Ambro Bank credit card
Harrasement for credit card payment which is not issued to me

To Whom So ever it may Concern,

I am not a credit card holder with the bank and still am getting calls from Mr. Santosh singh working in an Royal bank of Scotland (01147617680), Delhi branch says that you have to pay amount of Rs. 8000/- for using Credit card of ABN Ambro Bank and it is issued in the name of Nimisha Panchal in the year 2006. I explained to the bank, that i have never issued ABN Ambro banks credit card so how can i use the card for the same to several times but still no ready to hear or no such response... it has been a real hassle because now am getting calls for good 7 times a day for the past 1 months now... Somebody please help me and if the bank authorities are reading this please help as am frustrated and really angry and if this keeps goin on I WILL CONSULT CONSUMER COURT!!!
