Even though you cancell your card on ohone at the time they confirming yearly charges for credit card of abn amoro bank

Sir,

i was using credit card of abn amoro.

one day i reeceived a call from abn amro for charging Rs 4000 as yearly usges charges for holding credit card,

i said i do not want to use your credit card so cancell it. and do not charge me annual chrge

surprisely insted of cancelling card, they send, me bill for rs 4000. i call them that i have distroyed your credit card and not using it or do need to use it. kindly cancelled the charges and also inform you that i have paid all my dues ahaibst card used.

now they have spoil my report in cibil and i am fdacing problem.

can anyone help in the matter and oblige
