Egarding information request

I person (Mr. devid) came to mumbai from london, INDIA to give me my winning draft, but he not come in my local address (jaipur), and demand me to send the money (travel & food charges) & scanned id proof first, so that he can come to jaipur. I told them "you should come here & take both of them, i can't send money & ID". Then 1 call from london office came to me to do this.

But its matter of ID & money.

If he came only for my draft to mumbai then why not jaipur?
