Fraudulent intentions of ABN Amro Bank

Subject: Fraudulent Amount Charged by ABN Amro Bank

Dear Sir,
I wish to state following:
1. I am holding ABN AMRO MakeMy Trip GO Credit Card No: 5239 5043 2007 5453.
2. A fraudulent amount of Rs: 5, 513.88 was charged in my credit card statement dated 14/01 showing description “MMT HAPPY HOLIDAYS FEE DEBIT”.
3. I deny using my said card for amount and details mentioned in point number two. Regarding this issue a complaint was lodged with ABN AMRO bank through phone number (0124) 4111111 and I was given complaint No: 10011801744. I was promised that the issue will be resolved in 7 to 10 days time.
4. Yesterday (on 17th, Feb) I received my credit card statement dated 14/02. I was deeply shocked to see that said issue was not resolved and more over a late fee of Rs: 650.00, Service charge of Rs: 177.58 along with education cess of Rs: 85.24 was also charged in my statement. Know the total fraudulent amount charge by bank in my credit card statement is Rs: 6426.70.
5. I have again lodges the complaint with bank on 17th, Feb at phone number: 0124-4111111. I have talked to Mr. Sameer on said phone number and requested him to resolve the said matter. The same complaint has been updated but not resolved under complaint number: 10011801744
6. I am depressed and de motivated with this fraudulent attitude of bank.
7. It seems that this is planned strategy by bank to harass me and degrade my credit rating.
LOOKING IN TO ABOVE MENTIONED SIX POINTS I REQUEST ABN AMRO BANK TO DO FOLLOWING:-
1. Immediately revert the fraudulent amount of Rs: 6426.70 charged in my said credit card statement.
2. Issue to a written apology to me.
3. Immediately cancel my credit card (No: 5239 5043 2007 5453)
