Re :- closing of E.M.I. system of Smart Gold Credit Card No. 5425 0513 0519 3004

I, Tulsi Patel wish to inform you that I want to close the installment system of the above Smart Gold Credit Card of your Bank. Since i have cancel the above credit card then also the statement has been given. I have talk to your bank they says that you have cancel the credit card but you havent close the EMI system. You have to close the EMI system, please close this system for me.

Kindly do the needful as an early date.
