Abn credit cards and easycash
Telephone harassments and use of degrading words

Sir/madam,

I am venkatesh from kodambakkam chennai, Me and my wife are holding ABN amro credit card each and the no's are 0005239504000550569 and 0005415382404042160, .we were paying our dues promptly till the middle of 2009 but by the end of 2009 due to certain unseen financial crisis and loss in business I could not repay my card and other dues. This was it when I am getting frequent calls from the banks for payments of card and other loans. I had also explained to the banks and also had requested them to wait for some more time until I stabilise. But during the last couple of a days I am receiving calls from ABN bank, more particularly a lady. The said lady used to call my office umpteen no of times and once when I picked up the telephone I requested for time hearing this she became wild and started abusing me in a most degrading mannar in tamil.when I told her not to continue she kept me calling repeatedly for 10 to 12 times. Every time when I pick the mobile she started using the most degrading and most indecent language. As such I feel depressed.the following are the telephone no's-30916000/2963500/66367500/30995900.

.Not stopping with this she is using the worst of language against me and my wife. Degrading remarks like Fraud/420/coward/hiding behind like a woman.apart from this the most which irritated me is when she said whether you're running an illegal business with the amount of loan taken from the bank.such things really hurts.we're respectable persons in society and this a temporary downfall and we have intentions to repay but do.not have the source.definetly we're going to settle the dues but that does not mean such persons should call and use the most defamatory words. kindly look into the matter.kindly advice as to what we should do next? should I complain to the police against the unidentified caller? please advice. It is a matter of not paying but I have so many committments to honor like-electricity bills/govt taxes/children's fees and many more, my business has dropped and I am in a verge of winding it. I had decided to let out my exisiting premises for rent to meet my ends, only then i would be able to settle my dues -that too only in stages

thanking you

s.venkatesh and v.swarnalakshmi
