Here with I am informing you that we had send a parcel to Mr. Madhukar Thorat, Akot in Akola City dt.04.06.2010 L.R.No.189302559 but yet not received the parcel to the consignee. We follow a lot up to today but we don’t receive any positive answer from Mr. Khatri (9372501555) & Miss. Prerna From Akot & Miss. Shital From Nagpur then after a lot of follow up Mr. Khatri told us they rebook our material to Mumbai because they don’t have service in Akot but we also don’t receive this parcel in Mumbai office they given us L.R.No.190239635 & we called up in Mumbai to Miss. Maria she told this L.R.No.is seem is not found & Mr. Khatri not answer properly to her call. At last she told us to give complaint letter in Andheri office & this is our second complaint letter to you.

Here with I am requesting you, please give personal attention in this matter & send back our parcel in Mumbai office.
