Dear Sir,

We are booked a consignment as on 18/03 vide consignment Note No 214653156 from Piragarhi, Delhi to Kollota (WB).

Goods delivered safely but Way Bill of West Bengal (attached with Invoice) not received by party.

We have receipt of this Way Bill duly Signed & Stamped by booking office of Blaze Flash Courier.

Please, solve this matter as early as possible.
