Not received the cheque

I was an account holder in HDFC bank, G C Avenue, Kolkatta. I had closed the account on last september, at the time account balance is Rs.15, 492/- The bank authority told me they would send the cheque for Rs.15492/- through my address. But I have not received the amount till this time. Please do the favor.
