With reference to the above subject, We are the policy holder of National Insurance Co Ltd. Our policy number is 301200/48/09/8500015602

We had put claim file of mine for reimbursement on dtd. 1st Jan. at Heritage Health TPA Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad. All the queries had been replied with supporting.

With reference to your letter, mine disease is not pre-existing disease. At the time of taking policy, I was free of any kind of diseases. As per the doctor certificate it also reflect that my blood pressure disease occurred after taking my mediclaim policy. Claim came in 22nd month of policy. So its not pre-existing disease. So policy condition 4.01 does not applicable to me.

So I should get my claim amount.

You are kindly requested to look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
