Money transfer from SBI TO CANARA BANK

Sir,

I am having Net Banking facility with State bank of india

I want to transfer an amount to my canara bank savings A/c

When Iam adding this Canara bank A/c No: with SBI Net Banking, It shows that the A/c NO should be of

11 or 17 digits. But my canara bank a/c is having only 13 digits.

When I approached the Canara Bank Manager He said that you Transfer it through RTGF NOt yhrough NEFT.

Unless I add the Transferee A/c with SBI NET bank, How can I transfer the amount. He didnot clarify anything. Please help me in this regard
