Add on card annual service charges to be refund

Dear sir

i am having sbi credit card since ten years, for that you have given a free add on credit card to my spouse as absolutely free .but since last year

you are charging annual maintanance fee for both the cards, which is not correct as per your previous commitment.lost year i could not able to complaint it.hence i will request you kindly repay the two year's service charges of amount (250/year) total rs.500=00 to my credit card account
