Receiving alerts on cell phone

I have been receiving alerts from BajajFinance in my cell phone that I have availed a loan which is not correct.

Now I have received an alert on cell phone no 9431346218 to keep sufficient funds in my Bank account as the EMI will be directly debited from my account.

This is beyond my imagination. How can you send such alerts. What are the documents that you have in you possession which entitles you to recover mone.

I am sure there has been a mistake..

Please verify your record and inform me the position on my phone. viz. the name of the beneficiari, address & other relevent details.

Ido not know how you could get my account no. There sure is some mischief.

In case recovery is made directly from my account without my consent Ishall have to take legal course.
