Withdrawl 500 duplicate note fom OBC ATM

I withdrawl RS10000 from the OBC (Bhasharatpur branch) on 10/08/10. I found one RS 500 note is duplicate. No. Of the note is (7DG 108424). I complain about duplicate note in OBC (Bhasharatpur branch) but branch manager say this is not possible. Sir, please you take legal action or give me suggestion what i do
