I had requested for my CIR Report from CIBIL on 09-May which I have not recieved yet.

Initially the problem reported by CIBIL for non-generation of my report was: My address is not updated in my Credit Institute, and Now when I have registered the same and even send them a Address Confirmation Letter on my Bank's Letter Head, I am still awaiting and not even getting any reply from their end. I have been frequently sending mails on their customer care mail id: [email protected], but in vain.
Hence I would request if anyone can help me in this regards.
If also it can be confirmed from CIBIL that my previous request is expired/cancelled or something sort of and confirm me that if i generate a new Request this can be done, I am even ready to do that... But there is no communication from their side... Please help..
