July 7% DA not credited in pension

July 7% DA installment have not been credited in my pension account No. 00422010026010 despite my request to Bank Manager OBC Aggarwal Mandi Tatiri and OBC website complaint No. WS 14615-12 Dt 4/2 and reminder WS14890-12 Dt 8/2. kindly earliest and take action against defaulter for this lapse. This is harassment to senior citizen.
