Complaint for Rs 5000/ ATM withdrawal

DEAR SIR ON 7/10 I tried to withdraw Rs5000/ from state bank of Bikaner and jaipur in kota with ATM ID-S10G100252025 time 8:30pm, and it was debited from my account but I did not received the money. On 8/10 I informed oriental bank of commerce, aerodrome road kota. They told me this amount is going to be credited within a week, but up till now nothing happened.
