Wrong transaction in atm

Respected sir,

I am a customer of your bank. while transaction through ATM idid not get 10, 000Rs and the amount has been deducted from my account and i have also submitted charge back form but i think no serious actions are taken against this.

please look into this matter as soon as possible.
