Atm transaction failed and lost money

I wanted to withdraw a cash of Rs.4000/- from CORPORATE BANK ATM located at BANK BAZAR, BATHINDA (PUNJAB) and accordingly I had done the entre process for withdrawal. However, the ATM machine has not been deliver the cash and showed (unable to proceess) money has been detected from account.
