The oriental Insurance co. Ltd is Fraud insurance company,

As i have experinece today.

As i have received my policy details and Cashless card on 17.05.10 and my PHS ID -OI MUM 20399781

Valid Upto : 18.02.2011.

As per rules and condition minimum period and vallidity of policy should be one year.

I have put a claim in the month of 13.05.10 (May'2010), and also received policy cashless card on 18.05.10, but after follow-up since MAY to 06.09.10 i havent got any possitive feedback and on 08.09.10 the company replied and said " patient date of admission is 01/05 to

13/05 and the patient is covered under the policy since 01/07

hence the date of admission is prior date of joining, so the claim is

not admissible."

so if card is provided on 18.05.10 than what is meaning of card if its not valid.?

It means the company is not atall serious about their customers and providing false and unvalid card just for customers satisfaction and not for giving actual service..!!!
