Packing and shifting of house hold goods
Each of contract, transhipment, goods were damaged

I have booked my house goods from Noida to Pondichary on 30-1-11 by paying Rs79500-with the precondition that my goods would be sent in same truck to avoid any transfer of goods in transit but they have spoiled my most of the goods by changing the truck. I have paid Rs10000-extra to avoid transfer of goods in transit. Delivery time is also long. Moreover sh mishra who has booked the goods refused to talk saying that he does not look for operation. I have ask to send your person to assess the loss but no response.
