Wrong Address

Hi,

I have received a PAN CARD Today, Contains my home Address, But for a Wrong Person. The Person name is Srinivas. and the PAN CARD Number is ADZPR4246D. The Person has Mentioned wrong address.

Hence I Request to cancel the PAN Card. and find out the Details, to avoid from any Frauds.
