WRONG DOB ON PAN CARD

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Praveen Kumar Thakur my PAN no. is AEKPT6245E

my date of birth is 05-06-1977 but on PAN card it is printed 25-06-1977 now tell me what to do? Can i apply for duplicate PAN card or is there any process by which i can do it by internet only.
