Non receipt of PAN

I have applied for PAN with UTI franchisee vide coupen no. 035670884 and appl. no. 052141700 in the name of "PAHAL - People's Action for Himalayan Awakenkng & Livelihood" through UTI franchisee in Nahan (H.P.). I have made several complaints with UTI TSL state office and with Income Tax Sampark kendra, Noida. But i getting no reponse. Kindly do the needful.
