This is shrikant Tripathi from Jaunpur. I have applied for PAN card on dt. 01.09.2010 but till the date Pan card was not received. When I asked about my Pan card from Your UTI Pan Services in allahabad, Civil lines. The Sir replied to me . that paid Rs.100.00 I will give you from my office. What will I do. Please tell me and Help Me I am facing difficulties without Pan card.
