As I have lost my pan card, I had applied for the same after observing all formalities on 14/06 at an NSDL authorised centre at Guwahati (Shell Transource Ltd.- AAACN2082NST001-ST/MUM/DIV-III/BAS/2847). Bank statement was submitted thrice, and yet the pan card is yet to be received. Pan No.is ASDPS3391R.
