Dear sir,
have a grievance with regard payment refund request with AIEEE 2010 organizers.
I paid AIEEE application fee for my niece using my credit card. But the first transaction failed, while second transaction went through well. I sent an email regarding this on 6/Jan and also sent speed post with the details of failed credit card transaction to the Assistant secretary CBSE dt 19/Jan and the same was delivered to the office on 22/Jan to them.

I have been corresponding regarding this refund request all this while, but no appropriate action is taken to refund the amount. But I received a couple of response mails from GL Mittal – one saying that this will be taken care after examinations are conducted and another mail asking to send speed post even after my mail conveying that a speed post is already sent towards this end on 19/Jan.
I have been following-up with them periodically, but no appropriate response/action is taken. I request you to please look into it and do the needful in this regard.
