Reissue of the lost PAN card

Hi,

I have lost my PAN card with no. AHLPC0574D and reapplied for the same through a local

agent but its been more than 3 months that i have not got the same.

when i contacted them they are asking me to provide n no. of proofs, i dont think it is so

necessary to provide any proof as i am only applying to get my own lost PAN card.

Please help me out.
