Ubabled to access my internet banking and not getting any solution from branch

When i try to transfer money from PNB to SBI bank through net banking or even within pnb brranch it not transfering and showing wrong transaction password entered, This has happened to me more than 3 times. I dont forget my transaction id and use the same process as i got in guideline. The problem is with PNB side only because if i try to transfer money from another bank to SBI it gets transferred properly.

Sometimes its really urgent and the money is not transfering.
