MY ATM CARD WAS LOST. I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT AND GOT MY DOCATE NUMBER. ON WHICH PNB PHAPHUND ISSUED ME A NEW ATM CARD ON 10-03. AND BRANCH MANAGER TOLD TO ACTIVATE IT WITHIN 72 HOURS. BUT TODAY TOO ON 28-03 IT IS NOT ACTIVATED.
I REQUEST TO B.M. FOR 4 TIMES TO ACTIVATE IT. BUT HE IS NOT TAKING ACTION. SO I REQUEST TO TAKE EFFECTIVE ACTION.
