Cheque Book not received

I have received a cheque book from Union Bank of India, Ashok Vihar Branch, Delhi-52 where i have my Salary account when i saw my cheque book i found there is a mistake of my name spelling or wrong print name i had returned the same on 29th june to Mr. A.K.Aggarwal but till date i have not received my cheque book back with correction. my saving bank account no. is 396602010801545

and the cheque book which i have returned that serial no. was 042961 to 042980 the correct spelling of my name is "PARNEET SINGH BHALLA" AND the wrong name what they mentioned on cheque book

was "PARNEET SUNGH BHALLA". As from last one month i have not received any response or my cheque book i think if i not get any response than i have to take the legal action as from last one month my all transaction on hold.

Please suggest.
