Problem in deactivation of services

Hello, I am Gaurav Singhal having a aircel connection. In my mobile there is a imposed service of "MUSIC ON DEMAND".

Now I wanna deactive this service bt i am facing no. of problems. I have called on customer care no. of times. All executive told that this service would be de-activate with in 24 hours.

But now 10-12 days have been passed. There is no de-activation.

one of your executive gave me a request no. this is as follows

1785836297, whose name is Mr. Vinay.

Now, that is my last and final warning to you.

If you do not de-activate this service from my mobile no. 9808152220.

I will discontinue this number. And also other 12 no. Which are running from my side.
