Clearance of Personal Loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last year only I had settled my personal loan taken from ICICI Bank. But when I enquired I cam to know that till now they have not settled my loan. When i went to Bank they are telling they have not updated my payment towards the loan. Because of this I lost all my faith on ICICI Bank. And also they are telling me that I have to go to Bommanhalli branch only to settle my help. Kindly suggest me what should i do now.
