I am writing in connection with the plan of Prudential Life Insurance co. I would like to say that your sales persons are mis guiding to customer and making false promises time and again who ever come next to the next one. I am following up for the needful action since last 6 months but no one taking care of inspite of repeated phone calls. Even mailing since Jul. The name of persons have given in succeeding paragraphs. The last mail I have written to Mr Nrupesh Talati, mobile No 09879584982. Even I have called a lot of time and reminded him. Since last few days he is not picking up phone.
It is shameful that what type of ICICI recruiting their staff without accessing their aptitute with customers and how they are dealing with common public.
I request you to read the mail carefully written to Mr Talati and do the needful.

Dear Mr Talati,
It is shameful for me to remind all of you time and again. I have experienced how sales representatives of ICICI Prudentials are making fools to people. Once I have taken the plan of Pinnacle when Mr Chaizy Shah came to my office and convienced me. Believing on his explaination, I took the plan. But after consulting other factors and again approached by Mr Ashish Vyas convienced me, that another plan is better than Pinnacle, and told that to cancel previous one. Chaizy shah was approached and he assured to do also but nothing has been done. Ashish Vyas alongwith Tarun Kumar again approached me that they will process for cancellation of that plan definately and asked me to give me another cheque of Rs 50, 000/- for new plan LIFE STAGE PENSION as it was likely to be closed as per his explaination.
I clearly told both of them that I am not in position to invest in two plans at a time and my budget is only to invest in one plan only. They assured me they will definately do the needful for cancellation of PINNACLE so give another cheque for LIFE STAGE PENSION plan. I gave them the cheque and the policy of PINNACLE plan also and all formalities have been done.
Thereafter regularly I have contacted both of them but nothing heard from them. One day Ashish vyas sent me SMS that he is no longer in ICICI and told that you contact Mr Nrupesh Talati and he will do the needful..
I am calling you since 21 sept and following up regularly but you stand at the same place where all they were. Today I have called several time but did not bother to attend the phone call. Even on 13th Sept you assured me to call back about the progress but nothing took place.
The story saying again and again is not fruitful. I have clearly told you on day one that either of the policies may please be cancelled (which ever may possible) and remit me the amount of Rs 50000/- back. The reply is still awaited from you.
Now I have No option other than to write to the Chairman of ICICI group and also planning to file a criminal and cheating suit against those involved in this game including you. The legal course will learn you the good practice of doing services with client.
