Update status of my premium deposits

Dear Sir,

I took PLI in 1996 from Rural PO at Pendurti. Ever since I am paying premium regularly till today. But I have shifted from Pendurti to Hyderabad. I am paying premiums at now from RKPuram Post office. Since already 14 years i am paying. I would like to know the current status. Please tell me how to know. In case i like to surrender is it possible? How much money I will get it. Because I have continue upto 2018 which may not be possible for me.
