Non activation of Transaction password

Sir,

I got my Transaction id disabled due to 5 wrongs attempts, applied for new password. I got the password in time, but Now bank has failed to activate my transaction. Repeated visits to bank have not yeild any results, kindly do needful at ur end. My customer id is DPV000195 and my account no is 2440000100044010.
