Giving wrong information and misbehaving

Sir

i abhinav saxena having current a/c in your bank at branch chatta bazar mathura no 0314002100053050. for the withdrawl of rs 25000/- i go to the bank and there i know about the facilities of credit card provided by the bank

i make contact to Mr S P Gupta the manager of the branch and I asked about the credit card facilities he reply that this facility is not provided by our bank and misbehave with me and told me to talk to clerk Srimati Anita Srivastav she also reply the same. sir i see that an application form no 389295 from pratul agrawal & vandna agrawal holding saving a/c for credit card is lying on the manager table.

if it is so that the bank give limited facilities to limited customers or the manager and the staff are taking bribe from some customers

and providing facilities.

And last i want to give you a suggestion that take some strick action against them other wise i and so many customers withdraw from your bank as because no proper service or no proper answer was given by the bank staff and they also misbehave with customers.
